Since fruits are perishable products, we cannot accept return. However we will work with you to refund or to replace for any problematic items.
The following reasons are acceptable:
To report these items
1) the reason for inquiry
2) clear pictures of the entire fruits box and the damaged fruits as soon as your order arrives at destination
3) any other supporting documents or statements that you find supportive.
Additional supporting documents may be asked at time of service.
Inquiries must be reported within 4 hours the shipping company notified that your shipment has been delivered.
Ripening Concern
It is important to note that most fruits will not be fully ripe and/or ready to eat right away upon shipment. These fruits need to be stored in a specific way until they are ripe and ready to eat. To learn how to store your fruit, you can check the description under the “how to store” tab on the fruit page. The “how to store” tab will clearly state the instructions of the proper way for storage. Of course, when in doubt, you can always email us for further assistance.
Refund and replace are given as courtesy and it will be at full discretion of Ba Noi Gardens depending on your submitted evidence. Ba Noi Garden reserves the right to no refund/ return on merchandise.

Please note that delivery time do not include Monday and Sunday, according to our local delivery pick up schedule, and statutory holidays.
